We enroll clients in health and life insurance products and related services regulated under state law and federal regulations, including enrollment assistance.

In accordance with Florida state law and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, we retain all information related to insurance enrollments and claims for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date of enrollment or last activity. This retention applies to all customer personal information, health data, and transaction records to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. **Information Accuracy**

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information as part of the enrollment and service process. Clients must understand that failure to provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner may cause them to be enrolled in a less than optimal plan, resulting in higher costs and/or lesser coverage.

5. **Use of Information**

We use your information solely to facilitate insurance enrollment, policy servicing, claims processing, and to comply with legal and regulatory frameworks.
